Almost Infamous performs on the Bonus Stage for the One Year Show

On July 13th, Almost Infamous turns one! And we are excited to be performing on the Bonus Stage at the Arcade Comedy Theater along with house teams Cheat Codes and Change Machine. I couldn’t be more excited to be on a team like Infamous!

In the last year we’ve gone through some great times and awesome shows! From our first show at the Steel City Improv Theater, to our first Stand Up and Improv show show at West Virginia University, to our first Harold show at the Arcade Comedy Theater! We’ve grown as a team and are staring to get better at the Harold.

I personally enjoy Improv because it has helped me with Stand Up. Doing Improv has helped write on stage and become a better performer, adding characterization and a bit more acting into my bits. I started Improv in April of 2013 and I was in a weird place with Stand Up. I was feeling like my material wasn’t getting better. But after starting Improv and taking a step back I was able to getting back into loving Stand Up again. It made me a better writer and thinking more conceptually. It also helped me with making my web series better. So I have a lot to thank my team for, with helping me get better all the things above.
