Empathy On Sale

Stepping out of our bubbles can be hard. Nationally Touring Comedian, Krish Mohan is exploring the divide in today’s political climate. He uses his sharp wit & uses storytelling and comedy to illustrate how race, identity politics, and misunderstanding progressivism has led to splitting us apart. He explores Native American culture, reforming education and western culture’s obsession with extremism, war and violence – all of which pushes us further into our bubbles.

This show toured across the nation from 2017-2019! This show won the “Audience Choice” Award at the 2018 Pittsburgh Fringe Festival! The show was recorded LIVE at Stage 18 in Fayetteville, AR and at the Funhouse at Mr. Smalls in Pittsburgh PA!

Reviews & Press for Empathy On Sale

I liked Mr. Mohan. I mean, I don’t actually know him personally, but his style of comedy is gentle, kind. He does, indeed, seem empathetic to his fellow human beings.” Helen Meade of Pittsburgh In The Round

Mohan engages the audience with self-referential sideline commentary about their responses (or lack thereof), which dissolves boundaries and encourages easy laughter.” Tiffany Raymond of Pittsburgh In The Round

His series of anecdotes are honest and funny. […] Mohan is a funny guy. His routine works. He’s raising awareness toward social injustice and politics through his art of stand up and it works.  When someone points out all the idiocy around us, and can do it with a joke, he’s captivated the attention of the masses.Megan Grabowski of Pittsburgh In The Round
